Always refunded in full

• You were charged but no entry was issued.
• You were charged more than once for the same entry.
• Your entry can’t be published because of a fault on our side that we can’t fix within a reasonable time.

Before your entry is published

If you cancel on the Stripe payment page, nothing is charged and nothing is created. Leaving the payment page open lets it expire after about 30 minutes with no charge.

After your entry is published

You asked at checkout for immediate publication and acknowledged that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once the entry is published. We still consider goodwill refunds requested within 14 days of purchase. Your legal rights if the product is faulty or not as described always apply.

What a refund does to your entry

A refunded entry is removed from the public record and its country count. Its number is retired, not reissued, so every other number stays exactly as it was.

How to ask

Use the contact form or email hello@trillioneuro.com from the address you paid with, including your entry number if you have one. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of approval.
